You don’t want to miss this place. I’ve been here several times and it’s always top notch. Amazing food. The smoked duck appetizer is something I dream about weeks before I come to Iceland. This place is a must !

Excellent food and service This bar/restaurant was recommended to us by one of the staff members from our hotel which was just around the corner. We were so glad that she did as we had a very enjoyable evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. There were plenty of locals eating and drinking there which is always a good sign and I would 100% recommend booking a table here.

Relaxed fresh excellence Unimposing quality with relaxed empathetic service. Quality food with mains or semi mains. almost in a tapas style . Ingredients , fresh , complicated and simple , with quality alcohol. From entrance we were made super relaxed by Alsiv , sorry sure name incorrect, all staff welcoming and excellent. Excellent night.

Españoles !!!! ¡¡¡ Esto está que te peeee !!!! Excelente! De 10!! Decidimos ir a este lugar por recomendación de un guía en una de las visitas que hicimos a la isla. Sin duda, no podemos estar más agradecidos. En la carta a parte de poder elegir entre los platos que tú quieras, existe la opción de escoger entre 3 menús. Cogimos 2 distintos, el de carne y el de pescado. Vale cada ISK que hemos pagado. Los postres están geniales. En resumidas cuentas y para que todos los españoles entendamos el nivelazo de este restaurante. ¡¡¡ Esto está que te peeee !!!!

Excellent traditional Icelandic cuisine We had a lovely dinner here and are glad we chose this restaurant for our final night in Reykjavik. All of us greatly enjoyed lamb with potatoes and mushrooms and a side of roasted vegetables. We found it interesting that the restaurant doesn't offer traditional entrees. They call their portions grand appetizers so you can try a few things if you have a big enough appetite. Beautiful decor and terrific service. Great selection of Icelandic draft beers

Amazing Food - Menu Very good food! High quality and good wine selection. We recommend to order the menu (4 courses)! You don't want to miss out on the great skills of the chefs which are displayed in these menus! Staff was just great and very attentive.

Excellent food and service We stopped here after 2 weeks in Iceland- it was definitely one of the better meals. My wife and I opted for two different 4-course tasting menus. She got the seafood one, and myself the "turf". Our child had the langostine soup. All of us were very pleased, and the service was truly excellent. We'll return!

Local Cuisine within Walking Distance of Tourist Center Tucked into a side street of the tourist area (near the harbor) is this cozy restaurant, featuring local, deliciously prepared cuisine. We had a variety of dishes, light but satisfying, including seafood dishes and a smooth langoustine bisque. Somewhat spartan interior, but friendly service and delicious food make this a restaurant that is recommended by local tour guides and other travelers (A Trip Advisor Travelers' Choice Award Winner!) alike.

Consigliato Ottimo ristorante bel centro di Reykjavik cena a base di pesce. Ottima l’anti pasto con crema di scampi ancora meglio il pesce del giorno (scorfano), prezzi cari come in tutta l’Islanda

Un ottimo ristorante vicino al porto Consigliatoci dalla nostra guida, il ristorante è un locale accogliente, forse un po buio, con personale gentile e disponibile, anche comprensivo con chi non conosce bene le lingue straniere e i piatti tipici islandesi. Portate equilibrate, sia nella quantità, sia nel prezzo.
